The Situation
The food-and-beverage space needed its plumbing infrastructure coordinated with the tenant-improvement layout, including below-slab drainage and water connections for sinks and beverage equipment.
KCB Plumbing's Approach
Opened the slab in the planned work areas and installed new underground drain piping for the build-out.
Routed water supplies to support the approved equipment and fixture locations.
Coordinated rough-in locations with the counters, sinks, beverage equipment, and other finish work.
Returned for the finish phase to set and connect the accessible plumbing fixtures and equipment connections.
Practical Outcome
The project footage documents both the underground rough-in and the finished beverage-equipment connections. Customer and exact property details are intentionally omitted.
